I inquired about their vegan options and the owner mentioned avocado and cucumber sushi, as well as this udon noodle dish. Being Japanese, I typically avoid sushi, so I opted for the udon noodles. To my surprise, the soup reminded me of my grandmother's homemade broth, with a hint of sweetness that we both enjoyed so much that we ended up ordering another bowl. They now know that I posted a picture of two empty bowls, so I will definitely have to return and order two next time!

I especially loved the seasoned sushi rice, perfectly sticky and scrumptious especially with the spicy mayo. Their California rolls are good as well!
