There are several DD sites of Route 130, but this is by far the best and the only one I'm going to work now. You have never messed up my order (either live or through the app) and have incredible customer service. If the line is long, but I have ordered before the app, occasionally one of the workers or even managers will come to give me my order and speed up the line. They seem to need more experienced employees. An elderly woman was the only one actually motivated to be pumping out orders while all the others were moseying around. View all feedback.
It appears that the restaurant could benefit from more experienced staff. The only employee who seemed truly dedicated to managing orders was an elderly woman, while the rest of the team moved about more slowly and without urgency.
I frequently stop by the Dunkin' at Tradewinds Plaza on Route 130 in Sandwich for my morning coffee and muffin. The staff is incredibly friendly, and my order is always spot on. I truly enjoy visiting this Dunkin' location.
I can only give this place 1 star. The staff was rude, and they never put the lids on properly. It ended up spilling all over my dad's truck, ruining the interior. We will definitely not be returning! AVOID THIS RESTAURANT.
The coffee is consistently old and stale. I can't recommend this place.
