What smbjmn likes about Starbucks:
This is a great spot to grab a coffee to go or catch up with friends. There is ample parking available (managed by Asda), although there is a time limit of 1.5 hours. The space is not very large and can get crowded at times, so make sure to visit during quieter hours for a more relaxing coffee experience. View all feedback. What jph6673 doesn't like about Starbucks:
This is the worst Starbucks I have ever been to, despite traveling all over the country. It's disappointing that management has not taken note of the negative reviews. The staff's attitude was poor from top to bottom. They need to remember that customers are the reason they have a job and shouldn't treat them like an inconvenience. read moreAt this particular Starbucks location, customer experiences vary dramatically. While some patrons appreciate the clean facilities, ample parking, and quality beverages, many express frustration over service failures. Reports of rude staff, particularly from a supervisor named Amelia, highlight ongoing issues with attitude and communication, leading to negative interactions. Additionally, the atmosphere has been described as uninviting, reminiscent of a school hall, which affects the overall vibe. Though the menu offers a variety of food and drink options, a consistent lack of training and professionalism among staff severely detracts from what could be a pleasant coffee destination for patrons.
