The chicken was dry, the coating was tasteless and not crispy, and the chips were soggy and also lukewarm. Overall, it was not an enjoyable experience and I do not plan on returning anytime soon.

We were informe... read more We recently visited your restaurant for the $9 chicken bucket deal and requested the one that is advertised from July 26th to August 30th, 2022. We were informed that it was not available and that you were waiting for the Halal chicken to come in. Disappointed, we asked where the nearest location offering this deal was, and were directed to Halesowen. However, upon arrival, we discovered that they were not participating in the promotion either. It was a complete waste of time, and we left feeling frustrated. It is disappointing that the offer was not being honored as advertised. We are very unhappy with this experience.
