I have had good exper... read more I ordered online through Just Eat. 2 hours and 10 minutes later, my food finally arrived. Waiting 130 minutes for takeout is unacceptable. I have had good experiences with Eatwise in the past, but after tonight's incident, I will not be ordering from them again. They did not even bother to call and inform us that our order would be late, despite having our contact number.

I requested 2 orders of... read more I recently received a delivery from this restaurant. What a disappointing experience. I will definitely not be ordering from here again. I requested 2 orders of chips with curry sauce, a pot of curry sauce, 1 order of boiled rice, and a pack of crackers. However, when the delivery arrived, I received 2 orders of egg fried rice with chips in curry sauce instead. When I called to have the order corrected, the person on the phone placed blame on us, said they would charge us to pick up the incorrect order, and claimed that we had ordered something completely different. Despite being loyal customers since 2003, we were treated as if we were not regulars. What made matters worse is that I am allergic to eggs, and when I informed them of this, they still claimed it was our fault. Additionally, the prawn crackers they provided were stale, just like last week. I am thoroughly disappointed with this experience.
