Dragon Kitchen - Sandwell

Used to order from here all the time, today will be the last time. I was told the delivery would take 1 hour, yet it actually took 2 and a half hours to arrive!!! I had called them several times to ask when the food would arrive and kept getting told it would be there in 15-20 minutes. Very dishonest of them, I was literally on my way out the door to go and order food elsewhere, when the delivery driver eventually turned up!

Always go here staff are friendly and the food is great always get plenty for your money highly recommended the smell is divine I live close and it kills me living so close when got no money lol.

I call up asked for collection, this is at 22:10. As you can see on Google it closes at 23:00 on a Monday. As soon as I arrive at 22:35. The place is closed with the shutters down. It would help but the lad on the phone was arrogant and his customer service skills need an update. Lost my custom.

Ordered food an hour ago online and nobody has answered the phone for an hour and I don't even know if my food is on its way. If it's closed I've then got to go through the hassle of getting the money refunded onto my card.

Food arrived later then usual was cold called to complain and tried to speak to me like i was stupid and wasnt willing to help at all said because it was cold outside that is why the food is cold will not be ordering from here again
