The customer service was atrocious.

I was worrie... read more I arrived at this restaurant around 8:45 pm on Saturday, January 8th, 2022 to grab a sub for my friend who had just finished work at a nearby shop. I was worried that they might be closing soon and could be out of certain items, but when I pulled into the parking lot, I saw that the entire dining area was already closed and all the food had been thrown away. There were about 5 people inside for some reason, all in a group, and it seemed odd that so many employees were needed to close such a small restaurant. They all stared at me as I approached, and someone quickly came to the glass window with my car to take my order. I noticed they were laughing as they turned off all the lights around 8:50 pm. Overall, I found this experience to be unprofessional and disappointing.

The restaurant was not crowded and we received immediate assistance. The food was quick, hot, and tasty. The location was great and the lobby and restrooms were very clean.
