J Bistro - Sandusky

7/2/2021. almost an hour waiting for our first drink round. terrible! eating was blande. ordering a pasta primavera (not on menu cook can do anything you want, like no taste and hecht $18.00!!!. back to overview so incredibly satisfied with our meal! it was extraordinary! we have made them aware in advance that we were vegan when we made the reservation and requested a vegan meal, including appetizer, salate and an escape. come to find out our meal made by a vegan cook. it was delicious. the staff was fantastic and very helpful and welcoming. a little loud in the escalation, but unlike that, we were thrilled. updated by previous review on 2021-07-06

It was my first time visiting there yesterday with a friend of mine and it's was absolutely amazing! Love the atmosphere. Very chill, relaxing, reasonably priced, and wonderful service. Thanks again Kara! I would recommend this place for a date night, family dinner, or any special occasion. Such a great place.

Awesome dinning experience. One of the best dinners I have had. For Sandusky this place is a great asset to downtown and #1 in my book. The entre and sides where fresh and cooked perfectly. The desserts where equally delicious. Thank you to the J Bistro crew for making our dinner a wonderful evening.

The food is excellent inventive, consistent and fresh. We always have an amazing meal when we are there, and the staff are terrific. We have become friends with the owner/Executive chef and his wife, and they are such a wonderful couple. This is a super dining venue in downtown Sandusky!
