After she finally got everything correct we finally got our food. First off, we got the wrong donuts. One of the sandwiches had cheese on it, except the cheese was still in the plastic packaging. As seen in the pictures, we ordered a hot chocolate but instead got dirty water. For your own sake, do not go here. Definitely ruined my morning

I have been going to this Dunkin ' for a while now and most experiences have been alright, however I recently came in for a walk-in mobile order and was greeted... read more I have been going to this Dunkin ' for a while now and most experiences have been alright, however I recently came in for a walk-in mobile order and was greeted with a are you going to order something or just stand there because I 've got work to do while standing in the mobile pickup area. I didn 't say anything because I figured that staff member was having a hard day, but MAN did I want to. My most recent mobile order (today) was a bacon, white cheddar and fried egg on a croissant. Somehow I ended up with a bacon wake-up wrap. I paid $5.19...for a wake-up wrap. I don 't understand how one messes that up...ridiculous...

But when I come to this Dunkin’s at least 3 times a week ordering the simplest coffee, it somehow always ends up wrong. They either put granulated sugar in my coffee (very crunchy drink might I add) or simply forget caramel syrup (it’s just a caramel iced coffee with cream and sugar) I get mad. I went straight to the one on 250, Milan road, and they gave me a free one because you guys are just unbelievable there. Sometimes it’s good and it’s done right. I am just tired of driving to the one farthest away on 250 for a properly made, simple drink.
