Dunkin' - Sandusky

But when I come to this Dunkin’s at least 3 times a week ordering the simplest coffee, it somehow always ends up wrong. They either put granulated sugar in my coffee (very crunchy drink might I add) or simply forget caramel syrup (it’s just a caramel iced coffee with cream and sugar) I get mad. I went straight to the one on 250, Milan road, and they gave me a free one because you guys are just unbelievable there. Sometimes it’s good and it’s done right. I am just tired of driving to the one farthest away on 250 for a properly made, simple drink.

But when I come to this Dunkin’s at least 3 times a week ordering the simplest coffee, it somehow always ends up wrong. They either put granulated sugar in my coffee (very crunchy drink might I add) or simply forget caramel syrup (it’s just a caramel iced coffee with cream and sugar) I get mad. One of which we didn'... read more This is one of the very few times i leave a review. I worked in food my whole life and I understand mess ups. They got both coffees wrong. One of which we didn't order and the other was just black coffee with a scoop of ice. But they forgot the ice. Which was no deal. When we brought up the messup. the lady at the window gave an attitude. I asked for the ice. And she said we don't do add-ons at the window. There was no one behind us in line and it was a mess up. Honestly the reviews for here are bad. I should've looked before coming. Never again. Do yourself a favor and just go in the gas station for coffee or different dunkin.
