It was only when another me... read more Visited yesterday to pick up a couple of grocery items. Stood at the till where 3 members of staff were and not one acknowledged me. It was only when another member of staff from over near the bakery part said, is anyone serving this lady ? They then looked up and one eventually served me . Shocking customer service,if they were busy they should have at least acknowledged I was there !! Different generation !

And having driven 5 miles to use it, I was extremely annoyed at having checked online before I set out, only to find the details are wrong! Basics really! And not a small omission of a complete service! Poor from Shell! Edit! Having now read other reviews! This information has been wrong and reported as wrong 4 yrs ago!!! Stars down to 1 no excuse when previously reported!
