Amazing food! that comes with Great warm hospitality that makes you smile every time.

This place is located in a tiny strip mall near Green Run HS. Go there, seek this place out. The menu is always changing because they are cooking with what is fresh. Soul food standards: fried chicken wings, meatloaf, fish, pork chops, and all the good sides. I just happened to drive by, saw the sign that said What 's Granny Cooking and I had to find out. Walked in and was instantly greeted with the most delightful smiles and I felt like family (in a good way, not that borrow money and never pay it back kind of way).The food was so good. I had the fish dinner, seasoned well, cooked to perfection, and the portion size was generous to say the least. I had 2 dinners for the price of one. Mac cheese was on point. Greens were really good. Sweet potatoes, if you know, you know. Go hungry. Go there now.

Stopped in for lunch today during work and the food was FANTASTIC. Fish was perfect, chicken wings were seasoned and crispy, the Mac and cheese tasted homemade and the yams made me tear up they were so good. Of course had to get a slice of sweet potato pie for dessert which was also amazing. First time eating here but definitely won’t be my last cause I just found my new favorite spot. Also the ladies and gentleman behind the counter were kind as can be. I’ll be telling all of my friends about this place!

Anybody that knows me knows that food is my happy place and it’s hard to satisfy my cravings sometimes because people lack in flavor but MY GOD!! This place fed my soul today!!! They gave me a tasting today and EVERYTHING danced and had a party in mouth with all the flavor and love attached to it including the service they provided!! I left out of there feeling like i was part of the family ?. Y’all go check them out I promise you won’t be disappointed!!
