Tung Hoi Chinese - Feedback

What Catherine Call doesn't like about Tung Hoi Chinese:
My order of wonton soup had a nice number of wontons but the broth was the neon yellow of canned chicken noodle soup and was flavorless. My shrimp eggroll was stuffed with cabbage and had 1 very little shrimp in it. My spring roll was still raw dough on the inside. My crab rangoon’s were cooked perfectly and the filling was good! Typical strip shopping center Chinese takeout place, but there are a few tables there (with no table service). This is a relatively low-rent area, not unsafe, not far from upscale. Workers are behind glass. Seems to be a two-person operation. Place seems reasonably clean.
