I had a disappointing experience at this restaurant due to the attitude of one of the staff members. After waiting over 20 minutes for my food, I mentioned that I would like a refund if the tenders I ordered had been sitting out. The young lady responded in a very rude manner. I had a terrible experience. I asked for a breakfast plater it didn’t have the scrambled eggs. The gravy was watery like it was uncooked . The staff was rude, we told them for the missing egg and they offered to bring it to the table and they never did. When I went back to the counter they completed ignored me.Parking: The parking is not important as it is the service.
Very poor management at the Hardee’s at Great Neck and First Colonial. On Sunday October 22nd at approximately 10:30, a guest asked what was taking so long and the tall guy at the drive through came out and started yelling and telling everyone to calm down. At that point the guest told him to come on and I thought we were getting ready to have a big brawl in there. The manager came out and started yelling at the one employee that was actually doing his job very well and apologetic to everyone. Many people in line talked about the tall guy and the manager and how rude they both are. Corporate needs to get involved.
