Freddy's Frozen Custard Steakburgers

Well usually when I go to this location on Orange Grove the food is good but the last couple of times coming here the only two items that were ok were the shakes other than that my onion rings were burnt and the chicken tenders were more like nuggets the soda was flat and the ice melted in like 5 minutes pretty much wasted 30 bucks on trash food would rather drive across town to eat at a different location.

Ordered through app. Restaurant got order wrong with wring size fries and WAY TOO MUCH SALT where we through the fries away...AWFUL! Then the app did not work correctly either. Kept giving me errors that made no sense. Called store and they said they think it's because I was turning to order things they were out of...ugh!! Not so sure we'll go back. The burger was only so-so and really needs lettuce on them.

Food was good! Place was clean! Counter person very friendly helpful.The only issue was the price!!Two single patty burger, fry drink combos with 2 small milk shakes was over 40?Sorry Freddy's won't be back any time soon! Was looking forward to the new store in Casa Grande, but we'll be passing it up, too much for our fixed income to handle.

I'm an Uber eats driver I picked up the customer's food at Orange Grove and thornydale. And delivered it past Kenny and Bopp. I was told that the chocolate shake was in the bag. But it was not. I went to the store that evening just before closing time the manager was very helpful and the employee found are missing shake I took it to the customer and he was happy too.

My expectations were high as I come from Chattanooga TN, and our Freddy’s in Fort Oglethorpe GA is phenomenal. My boyfriend is from Tucson and we were excited for a snack, so out of all the options we chose Freddy’s. Pulling in the drive through, 3 young people sitting out back and they got up and went inside…which is ok if they could get the order correct... ordered 2 med milkshakes, and a med concrete. They even asked again what size. MEDIUM. Got to the window and was handed 3 small cups. I asked the girl “Are these medium” she said yes. Confused…I drove around and looked at my receipt they were all regulars. We drove several miles for this and it was a letdown. And it’s not like you can go back and say something because then they would wanna do another transaction for the difference because we only paid for Regulars even though we stated many times MEDIUM. Culver’s next time.
