We only ever buy take out here since it's close to home. Though I have noticed the restaurant's seating area is kept clean. The food is always good, hot and flavorful. The staff are friendly and efficient. I love the Orange Agua Fresca drink! I also want to try the Watermelon Lime drink soon. The only reason I don't give 5 stars is that it's very difficult to exit left out of the parking lot. View all feedback.
What Val Med doesn't like about Chipotle Mexican Grill:
They forgot to put lettuce and cheese on my taco.....I trusted the two making the tacos heard me say , 'Pico, sour cream,cheese, lettuce...and queso with large chips '. I guess I have to watch them make my tacos in the future. And no one at the store answers call. Lesson learned.....watch them make ur food.... View all feedback.
I love this place for a quick and rewarding plant based meal.
Inconsistencies strike back. The top burrito should have had double meat… the bottom one had double beans…. Please explain the size discrepancies?
Nothing wrong with the food and the staff was friendly. i got everything and the bowl was still more empty than full. ive NEVER still been hungry after chipotle until today
I hadn’t been to chipotle in a while and was shocked at how much the portion sizes seem to have shrunk?? Got a veggie bowl and there was almost no rice or beans to be found in the bowl. I ended up with a small pile of pico and lettuce. Side of guac was slightly browned and overly lime-y. Bag of chips was barely existent as well. Definitely not appetizing and not filling whatsoever. So disappointed in what used to be a favorite.
Very good staff food, and is usually empty and quiet. We were the loud ones.
