Aj's Fine Foods - Feedback

What TJ M doesn't like about Aj's Fine Foods:
I've enjoyed Aj's sushi and sashimi for many years. I purchased their Spicy Tuna Roll this evening. It has to be the worse attempt at a tuna roll i've ever had. The rice was ridiculously moist and the whole roll just fell apart. Perhaps there is a new sushi/sashimi chef/assistant in the building?
