Had Easter brunch buffet at The LOT. However, there were a variety of foods, the quality of preparation for already prepared items could have been better. Made to order eggs and carvings were good. However, the lack of staff for guests was very remarkable. Expects a little better service and food for the specified price.
Paid $60/ person for Easter brunch, which consisted of small, mediocre omelets, overcooked ham and “prime” rib, and trays with cheap, random, disappointing food (e.g. hot dogs). Never again.
It's convenient because it's in the movie theater. The food was good. Though we weren't sure were the hostess station was. The best thing was that you could order food in the movie theater and they bring it to you.
Large space and nice ambiance but service is consistently bad. It starts with the manager who was busy focusing elsewhere and never in any of the customers. All the tables were ignored, including ours, and we almost got up and left. We should have.
We sat down, got our menus and that was it. Wait staff continued to walk past us without, at the very least, taking our drink orders. They were not busy during this time. The bartender even told us to choose where we wanted to sit because as he stated “it’s not like we are slammed right now.” After about 15 minutes, we just got up and left. They didn’t seem to notice.
