What Jeannie Sattler doesn't like about Peet's Coffee:
When you?re ordering food you shouldn?t be ordering from someone who has multiple bullrings and other nose piercings (I think I counted 5 in just her nose plus a stud in her forehead amongst other facial piercings and tattoos. Seriously, a piercing or two is one thing but what happened to grooming guidelines? After I got my coffee (ended up passing up the food ???? I sat down at a dirty table and noticed filthy floor... Just a heads up, if you order a slice of bread, you'll always get the hard, dry crusty outside piece. This happens every time, no matter which Peet's location you go to.
Neither drink was filled all the way, and they forgot the straws for two iced drinks.
Although I was given the incorrect drink, the coffee was still delicious!
The Coffee-Free Vanilla Frappé was disappointing because it was made with sour milk. We contacted the restaurant to inform them, but have not received a response yet.
