Very good udon. Noodles were perfect and broth was very flavorful. They provide these small plastic spoons. I hating using this spoon! We waited about half an hour since the line was out the door. What RDA Production doesn't like about Marugame Udon:
If you are not a fan waiting in line, do not go at 11:30 am on Sunday. We had waited for 50 minutes to get our noodles. I am happy that they still have vegan option and it?s really delicious. However, the place was packed and a lot of people occupied the seats before placed an order, and we had to sit at the bar in the end. View all feedback.
I had the Tonkotsu and the broth was as rich as the neighborhoods in San Ramon...without the high price. I brought high hopes for a great udon place and was pleasantly surprised that this did not disappoint. Four stars for today. I will give another score after I've tried more than one dish and a few months have passed to check if quality is consistent.
Nikutama [served with sweet flavored beef, hot spring egg, and kake sauce] (regular: $11.45 is what i ordered and a large would be $12.95 It was my first time trying marugame udon and it was such a fun experience! i didn 't realize that it was like a cafeteria style (where you 'd order size of the bowl, soup base/toppings, then towards the end you can pick and choose your choice amount of tempura or none at all . once you 've paid then you can find a table to sitdown at. id say that the broth is really delicious (kind of like comfort food and paired well with the noodles along with my choice of tempura. i 'd say that out of the three types of tempura i got the squid and shrimp were my favorite.the potato croquette was good but paired with the noodle soup base i got i think the shrimp and squid went better. the noodles themselves were also so well made! s/o to the staff members who worked so hard in preparing the noodles/dishes: ' definitely a spot i 'd come back to and recommend yall to check out! tip: utensils are on the end towards the left side of the cash register (self served along with water! they recently came out with vegan option!! : definitely kids and family friendly (i also saw some high chairs available near the bathrooms there 's QR codes/menus posted on the walls/towards the front of the line so you can take a look at the soup base/toppings you can add intoyour noodles to enhance your experience! there 's plenty of parking within the plaza along with shops and dessert options (sprinkle 's cupcake, boba guys, salt n straw ice cream, etc there 's bathrooms within the restaurant so you don 'thave to use the ones in the plaza. it 's relatively new still so there 's a bit of a wait but it seems that you can easily find a table once you 've ordered picked up your food items!

We came to Dublin for a Yelp elites event and after that we thought to have an early dinner. This is in the City Center at San Ramon. You should expect a very busy place as it was Tuesday evening and still the rush was there. Very well organized as you first need to look for the menu and order it once you get the order you pay and get seated and enjoy your dish. I ordered Beef, my daughter got the Tongosoup and we also got fried chicken for my son. It was so relishing anddelicious that we didn't even realize how quickly the dinner was finished. Once you finish you take your tray with a bowl to return on the left hand side area. There's a nice helpful gentleman who will take the tray from you. I liked theirservice. There's a place to sit inside and outside as well. I will definitely recommend this place.
