My sister and I were there twice, and both the waiter or waiter explained their philosophy and gave great recommendations. please try the sweet garnels, the whole circle and the green machine! everything delicious. service was excellent! will definitely go on.
My man brought me here for the birthday. eating was good, but not exceptional. the service was fair. we had to ask for more soy sauce and water and our waiter never checked how we did it, even though he came right next to us on the table. I liked the decor, they haven't got their alcohol license yet and when my man ordered saki, he said first they were out. when we seemed surprised, he admitted that they had not yet licensed their license and they could only serve 3 species of wein and that went to the monterey bay aquarium. instead of being a positive thing, it felt strange. when it came time for dessert, we asked for the Dessert menu and since nothing came out, we decided to insist. the waiter then said oh on the way happy birthday and he wanted to treat me to my choice. then we chose the brownie with the Elend Carmel sauce. the unusual sound combinations I thought it was good. when the bill came, it was on an ipad. mt man thought it was difficult to check the accusations and thinks we were charged for the gifted dessert. I could go back, but with so many good choices around I will probably try others dinge first.
We were thrilled to try this new place and love the idea of sustainable seafood. the service was slow and not very friendly. our waiter did his best, but was overwhelmed with other tables. he was informative and polite, but we waited a lot for some spicy and order more to eat. the food was fresh, innovativ and excellent. I will go back and try them again. great atmosphere.
Not good service bad, mix up in food, had to wait. Need shades on windows direct sun on many tables, difficult to see my friend without sunglasses!
