Yuzu Ramen Taproom - San Rafael

1. The menu offers a wide variety of options, from broths to noodles. They have made clear choices about their offerings, so it's a "take it or leave it" situation. 2. There’s a gluten-free option available for every dish. 3. All ingredients are fresh, and they have an open kitchen where you can watch the preparation. 4. The beer selection is fantastic, featuring the best of local craft breweries! It would be great to see some offerings from Marin Brewing as well. 5. Service wasn’t the strong point during my visit, but I expect it will improve over time. The one thing that drove me a bit crazy was the tiny water glasses; who thought a four-ounce glass was a good idea? On weekends, expect to wait for a table, and service may be a bit lacking, but hey, it’s Marin, and what else is there to do?

I had the best ramen I've ever tasted here! However, the service could use some improvement. The waitstaff seems quite busy, and even the bartender has to rush to attend to customers. Although the wait time for food is lengthy, it’s definitely worth it.
