What User doesn't like about Royal Ground Coffee:
The women Asian employee of the place did not want to give me the internet, and accused me of using the connector to charge my cell phone, I bought a big frappe, I did not take it well, and I could not send my homework! View all feedback.
Great selection of food and drinks (especially the smoothies! , as well as quick (and friendly service and a quiet place to study/work if you need to.
Royal Ground Coffee is more than just a coffee shop to me. Almost everything I could say about this place would not do it justice. Their drink menu is impressively delicious, with a variety of options for casual to serious coffee drinkers. Their drinks are all very affordable, being noticeably cheaper than your usual Starbucks or Peet’s. The actual place has a very comfy, rustic vibe to it. Multiple times I’ve found myself spending hours there working or just chatting with friends. The service is also excellent. You’ll get your order less than a minute after you place it and it’s always the right temperature. The staff is also wonderful, and you can tell that they really value their customers. Royal Ground Coffee is sadly closing in September, 2022, so if you have time in the morning and you’re in the area, I highly suggest visiting it. Maybe if we support them enough they will be able to keep their amazing business going. I have nothing but praise for Royal Ground Coffee and happily rate it 5 stars.

Best coffee and sandwiches in town, and the most genuine business owners. Looking forward to their new location.
I love these people and their service, but to be brutally honest they need to stop roasting coffee. The intersection smells like a forest fire every morning because they are burning the beans. The coffee tastes burnt, like burnt wheat toast. They should leave the roaster there as a decoration, and bring in better beans from Red Whale. They probably need to replace all the espresso making and grinding equipment too, because they will never get the burnt taste out of it. Sorry. I really do love you guys, but your beans are burnt. Just smell them and look at them. Brown roasted. Black burnt.
