After recently moving to San Miguel de Allende and having noticed the lines at Mr. Crunchy we decided to give it a try, expecting "mall food court" chicken....what a great surprise when we got home and dug in! What User doesn't like about Mr. Crunchy Chicken:
The chicken is exceptionally crispy and tasty, however the following things can happen...Called yesterday to order around 5:30, but they were completely sold out. Was told to call at 8:00 am??The first order we made was scheduled for 6:00, and arrived at 5? Oh well, but it took three tries to get the price right....starting at 480 pesos and finally (I guess) it was around 180.Part of its charm?! View all feedback.
Fried chicken, better than kfc, they will be happy and I think the colonel would have approved it. 8 pieces comes with kartoffels, coleslaw and a very hot suppe, for 210 pesos $10). this location is carried out or delivered.
Had a push after huh and didn't want to bother with the cook so fast and easy and was exactly what I wanted
I just had her fried chicken and it's excellent. I can't talk to the rest of the menu. there are some tables in the restaurant, but would recommend either takeout or they deliver.
Very well made: excellent crunch to the bun, never fat and the bun is served with an excellent cold sleek.
I love mr crunchy and they deliver......that's all that's good though, the Shaw and potato wedges are just horrible.......but the chicken is great
