It took an hour to prepare our breakfast and there was no one in front of us waiting to be served. the dried tomato gouda without wobble omelette had wobble and the filling was cold out of the refrigerator. the strudel was hard. as a rock and the tex-mex-benedict-ish eggs looked as if they had faked you by a friendly like. the Mango-Benedict-ish eggs, where decent and the best French toast in the world was just the best French toast on this block - without there being another restaurant, I have not seen
.and the kitchen produces tastier, better prepared eating. those who have given up coming here should try again. suggestion: coffee must be improved. nice to sit in the garden, as the dining room is a kind of cold-dwelling.
My wife and I ate here two days, breakfast. I had read good things about the French toast I ordered. I liked it. it was above average if not spectacular. my wife ordered herb flour, which was generous and well prepared. this morning there were no other. customers, and our server was also the cook and hotel receiver, all rolled into one. she was a very nice young woman when a bit rushed because she wore three guards at the same time. I'll give her five stars. the next day we returned to the breakfast. the nice young woman was not there. it was Sunday. this morning worked more than one person. we both ordered the heel flakes. when the courts came, was neither served anywhere near as generous as the previous morning, and a bowl had significantly more than the other. That's weird. I think next time I will order eggs benedict what I hear are great, although I did not discover them on the menu. probably my fault, as I visited the first and the second heel-flakes because of the happiness of my wife on my head first morning. it is an imperfect world.
Spending two months in San Miguel de Allende, Mexico, I decided to eat out once a day for breakfast since that is my favorite meal. I had been eating in El Centro, the area where El Jardin, San Miguel's nerve center is located and was...off wandering around in another part of town, looking for a laundry actually when I happened to pass by Yenatu behind a huge gate which was open. At first I thought it was some rich American's house, but no, it was a restaurant. I was hungry and it was time for el desayuno, but thought: this place is too rich for me. Then I took a look at the menu and saw it was quite reasonable. Went in. Had the spinach, goat cheese and sun dried tomato omelet, and I was hooked. My waiter was very sweet and refilled my coffee several times which can cost you some places here that charge you each time you get a cup. I'd highly recommend this place and I shall return.
