Buonforno - San Miguel de Allende

Let them not fool them, as this bakery is fantastic. it was so good that I would get my morning exercise in buonforno. my friends were so excited when I made such a delicious selection of baked and brot.

They love the personal, very friendly, will work with their limited spanish, and serve wonderful bread and pastries. almost always a short line of customers and right next door is a beautiful caffe to breakfast and lunch, rinconcita guanajuato.

I live less than a block of here and I probably buy every other day a brot or another joy. everything is fresh and wonderful and they always welcome you with a happy greeting...can't see that smile because of the masks, but. You know they smile.

This has to be the best bakery in town. And right behind the tiny entrance and shop there is space to sit and enjoy a delicious coffee with your choice of pastry. Caution: Buonforno supplies a variety of restaurants and shops in town and often...sells out at their main location early in the day. It’s worth going all the way down Stirling Dickinson to get amazing pastries and breads that will transport you back to the best you had in Europe.

Buonoforno offers delicious Italian breads, cookies and pastries. Everything is baked fresh daily with love and care. This is my favorite morning spot for a delicious cappuccino and croissant. Simply fabulous!
