We ate here a few times on our visit. I had the caramelized onion and brie pizza which was great. The wife kept having the garlic shrimp every time. The coconut flan is also amazing. View all feedback.
What User doesn't like about La Ola Rica:
This restaurant had a nice "upscale" vibe to it. We had read it was highly recommended and appeared busy each night. Their menu was a little more "trendy" and they offered creative cocktails. We did try some unusual cocktails but none were drinks we would order again. The food was good - not great but good. The waiter was helpful and attentive. We ate at 2 other restaurants for dinner during our stay and they were bo... View all feedback.

Meet the family there for dinner after a beach day. What a pleasant experience. Nice menu, great shrimps and seafood.
Stay far from this restaurant. All tables on the street were taken, so we decided to dine inside. We ordered drinks and our dinner. I ordered an enchiladas, and my husband had what they call a pizette. We didn't have any appetizers....We waited for an hour for our food. Done our first drinks and ordered another one. We kept waiting. Finally, a server did not say we were worried, but that our food was coming. We kept waiting. The manager came by, said food came by, so we ordered another drink. Finally, the manager and the server stood in the kitchen window and waited for our food. After an hour and 15 minutes, our food arrived. Our food was not hot!!!!! So we had to send it back to the kitchen. We ate what was pretty bad and got out. When our check arrived, we were charged for absolutely every single thing. A free cocktail or an offer of dessert would have been a small sign to us as a customer. We were calculated for each item. I order an enchilada and was given for four and accused! Can't remember ever a worse time in a restaurant....ever.
We look forward to Ola Rica every year, it's our favorite spot. Enchildas Suisa, Mochate, pasta, all of it, every year, year after year, same quality and never misses. Like everything else in San Panco, service is excellent, great owners who care about their food...and customers, we go at least 2/3 times during our week in SP......and don't forget about Tequila Creme desert drink, we've tried to replicate back in the states but never get it quite right.
