Got an iced matcha latte and wow! Disappointed!!! Not even mixed. Just almond milk with matcha powder at the bottom. Never again

Would be 5 star if the help was friendlier and smiled. They dont seem very happy..

I stooped in here for lunch while traveling thorough the PCH. I grabbed a hot teriyaki rice bowl. The dish had been sitting on a warmer and was hot.When I went to eat it the chicken was dry, hardly any teriyaki sauce and the the rice at the bottom and around the edges was dry and hard. Not very appetizing. I understand that the business model has changed in light of recent events, but this new hot food presentation isn't working for me.

SO MANY VEGAN BAKED GOODS!! Cookies, and donuts, and cake slices, oh my! Great selection of organic and vegan wines. You can see where my heart lies!

This place has gone down hill big time. Quality leaves something to be desired but worse then that is the customer service. Tried to get a meal at the deli, asked for the bison burger on their menu. The lady tells me that they no longer have it. She says they are out of most of the stuff on the menu. Trying to make the best of it I pointed to the specials board next to the register and tell them I'll take that, I am hungry,. she tells me she will check goes to the back comes out and says we are out of that as well. Doesn't seem to care and walks away. It is a shame because it used to be the best food and customer service back when it was new frontiers.
