What User doesn't like about The Carrisa:
We went and girls toilets were completely flooded, so we used the boys. We were literally from the toilet (while peeing) by a guy who kicked us down with pee. Don't go. Girl Care View all feedback.
Wow. Our new weekend place to hang and enjoy the happiness SLO delivers. Can’t wait for the hours to extend. Amazing staff. These folks want their clientele to be satisfied and happy, and they deliver. Don’t let the menu fool you. The food choices now are limited , but such precise selections! The food is over the top perfectly prepared and paired with a flair for deliciously different. We love different. The bar has a huge selection. The bar staff will make new concoctions to your liking and are very creative. I had a cilantro cucumber Paloma that was yummy, needed 2! Great place to be relaxed and chill, or laugh and have fun. WE LOVE THE WHISKEY LOUNGE AT THE CARISSA!!!
Came in for a quick drink, took too much effort to get someone's attention to be seated. Finally got seated near front. Never had a server approach. Got up to ask about ordering and got barked at by apparent server who just kept sayywe needed to check in with the hostess. She didn't even listen to what we were asking/saying. Hostess walked by and saw what was happening yet made no attempt to correct the server. We left without ordering. Not the customer service ambassadors to have if you want to stay in business.
The chips n onion dip were horrible but the service was wonderful, great people great atmosphere, drinks were great! Just the chips n dip bad ?
We recently rented out this amazing venue for our wedding reception and had such a fun time!
The service at this restaurant was absolutely awful. We waited for 2 hours for our table, only to be greeted with immediate attitude from both the hostess and our server. We were told that we couldn't take photos at our reserved table and were even given our table away to another reservation when we tried. We will not be returning and are shocked at how rudely we were treated by the staff.
