I don't visit Shake Smart often because the line is usually too long and the ordering process can be confusing since they only use iPads for orders and payment. I see the benefits of this system, but it can be a bit overwhelming. I typically order an Acai bowl because I think it is more satisfying than a smoothie, although the quality of the bowls can be inconsistent. Overall, I had a great experience. View all feedback.
