The restaurant is located in the Slo Public Market next to Veg Am Rand. Half of their truffle selection was vegan, which is more than I have ever seen elsewhere. I tried the dark chocolate goose, Mayan mocha, marzipan, ohrengrau, kardamom ingwer, and kokosnuss. There were some technical difficulties with the credit card machine, but the gentleman offered me a free truffle for my patience! My favorite was the marzipan, although I felt that the almond in the middle was unnecessary and distracting. The dark chocolate goose had a berry-like sweetness to it, which made me wonder if it was from the sugar they use. I know that some vegan chocolates use maple syrup instead. The kardamom ingwer had a strong ginger flavor, but it was more of a spicy ginger rather than raw or powdered ginger. I didn't taste much cardamom in it. The kokosnuss was good. I'm saving the ohrengrau for last. I would definitely come back when I am in the area again. I appreciate all the vegan options available.

What a find, Happy Cow! My twins often miss out on the simple things in life like a simple trip to a chocolate shop. This beautiful shop welcomed us with the decadent smell of rich chocolate as soon as we walked in and though we anticipated one or two choices, were happily surprised to find that about half the options are vegan. It would be so easy to go crazy in here! We ended up purchasing several truffles, peanut butter cups, and my boys samples a couple of different barks. They also have coffee and a milkshake option, though we didn’t try those. The icing on the chocolate cake is that the two lovely ladies who own the shop greeted us and took the time to personalize our shopping experience.

Most delicious, expansive selection of vegan chocolates that I have ever seen! Clearly they are making an effort to minimize harm to animals and the environment by having such a wide selection of delicious chocolate truffles and caramels. 100% organic and fair trade to boot! Also wide selection of hot and cold coffee and chocolate beverages. Definitely worth a special trip

Not only are the chocolates delicious, but they are also incredibly beautiful. They make perfect gifts to take home!
