Kin Coffee - San Luis Obispo

We enjoyed trying all the different drinks during our visit! We can't wait to return and sample more. There were interesting flavors, a wide variety of choices, and the staff was extremely friendly. We didn't get a chance to try the breakfast, but hopefully we will next time!

The staff was very friendly and the atmosphere was pleasant. The vegan breakfast bowl was delicious and the soy latte was excellent.

Kin is my little piece of Los Angeles in LA. They serve unique drinks of adaptogenic and superfoods, as well as classic espresso and cappuccino. The cozy atmosphere of this cafe, with its dark aesthetic and abundant plants, along with native plant art on the walls, is welcoming. I have tried two drinks so far: the Mama Quilla, a delicious and refreshing matcha drink with guava juice. I appreciate that almond milk is standard unless otherwise specified, and they also offer coconut and oat milk. The Slender Pea Latte is a unique blend of ginger, cinnamon, ashwagandha, maca, nutmeg, clove, astragalus root, milk of choice, and blue butterfly pea flower, giving it a vibrant blue-purple color. It has a strong taste of nutmeg, so be sure to ask about the flavors before ordering. If you take it to go, be sure to remove the lid to fully enjoy its beautiful appearance. I appreciate Kin's focus on using earth and food for healing, with ingredients like ashwagandha being an adaptogen that promotes balance and stress relief. I look forward to trying their coffee next time!

Brilliant coffees with truly creative and harmonious aromas. Welcoming vibe, delicious vegan and gf donuts, nice people. Very recommended.
