This is one of the best Italian restaurants in San Luis Obispo County. The food and wine are outstanding. I wish they opened at 4:30 PM on weekends, as some live theater performances end at 4 PM. It would be great if at least the bar opened then. View all feedback.

This restaurant offers a cozy atmosphere with delicious pasta and attentive service. While the dining experience may not be particularly thrilling, it’s a pleasant place to spend an hour in the evening. We love this restaurant and the service is amazing.
The restaurant was charming, and the service was great. My dinner was great, my husband's was slightly less so, but not horrible. There were seven of us, and we felt well taken care of. It was a little loud in there, and so hard to talk.
Cafe Roma always pleases! I visit several times per year when here in business. My colleagues and I always make time for this treat.
Always feel welcome and comfortable there. Five stars for every category.
