Staff seems to be doing their best, but a half hour wait for a latte is ridiculous. I order ahead to avoid the wait, and you should expect a fifteen to twenty minute delay after their stated pickup time. On a good day. View all feedback.

Everyone is really nice, the service is great, the coffee is good, BUT this place is a hot mess by midday! There has to be staff who periodically pick up trash and wipe down the tables, right? Well, no. Enough said.
After the renovation no ac air and the young short lady didnt do the good our coffes, and she takes multiple orders making iced coffees to be watery
How are there 7 people working and i still have to wait 20 minutes for my mobile order??? The whole point of a mobile order is to skip the line. It's a frustrating when people that order after you, leave before you. Never again.
