My teenage son wanted to treat me to lunch, and he chose this restaurant. Bless his heart! I decided to try the filet-o-fish sandwich and took a few of his fries. The sandwich was decent, but a bit too greasy for my taste. I found it strange that this sandwich only had half a slice of cheese, while others had a full slice. My son ordered the McCrispy sandwich combo and really enjoyed it. We visited this McDonald's location inside Walmart, where I needed to pick up a few things. My son ordered and paid for our meal, and he mentioned that the service was okay. He knows I write reviews on Yelp and jokingly said he understood the assignment. It was a quick and enjoyable mommy-and-me moment that I cherished while it lasted.
