What Paris in Lima doesn't like about Negocios e Inversiones Sol de Paijan S.A.C.:
The Zarate main drag of Gran Chimu is filled with cheap-o pollerias, dirty chifa joints and dubious casinos, and Sol de Paijan tries to lift up the experience a little bit by offering a local attempt at a higher-end restaurants. The prices are still cheap (plates cost about 25 soles) and the view is ugly, but the service is above par for the area, and the food is well prepared. Service is remarkably fast, and the foo...
