This is a cute coffee house located next to the train station. It's in a historic house with plenty of seats in the patio. When we arrived on Sunday afternoon, there was a line for ordering and we waited about 15 min. I like that they have the stable coffee and tea menu, but also have some seasonal special. I ordered Peach Palmer (half lemonade half peach black tea) and my friend ordered Peach Matcha with Coconut Cre... View all feedback.
What Rick Vdk doesn't like about Hidden House Coffee San Juan Capistrano:
Absolutely tragic that when I walk in at exactly 5 pm they won't serve me anymore because they're closed.. meanwhile they're still making drinks for previous orders. As a business owner myself, I will never be able to get used to this type of mentality. You'd have to pay me to ever come back. View all feedback.
Yeah it’s pretty good. Bagel bombs are certified bangers, poppyseed bread was good, cookies smack. Couple things that can be improved are cleanliness of the outdoors tables and such. Lights are all out outside. Let’s wipe those tables down guys. Also ask customers if they want room for cream. Bathroom is out of paper towels… just little things. Otherwise fairly clean inside, polite staff, good value. Will go back.
Simple coffee with a good name. Not much shopping like their competitors.

It's perfect to enjoy a cold drink on a Sunday afternoon under the shade.
Adorable coffee shop in a house that was built (I think) in the 1800s. Great coffee, and a great spot to sit and hang out for a minute. You can also walk to FKN Bakery, Zoomars, and Heritage Barbeque, which makes for a great afternoon.
They have their own 12 oz. Bag of Coffee beans. It was $25.00 and as a special surprise you get a complimentary coffee or cold brew! There was a lot of seating outdoors and there was a line but went quickly. Very popular place being the only coffee house on Los Rios street.
