Pretty much just an average piece of pork rib. Not really sure why call it smoked, just because it's cooked in a smoker. I maybe particular about what smoked is since I lived in the south for years. Smoking meats requires time and the proper wood with controlled heat. The sauce left a lot to be desired, wish they had more varieties. The sides are also unremarkable. Best joint in Hato Rey. Try their smoked ribs. They melt in your mouth. Their squared fries are amazing too and every daily special is exquisite. They cook like gods and the price is great.
The best part of this place are the beef briskets. However, they don't have them all of the time. Their riblets and ribs and lemon flavored potatoes are really good!
I've tried everything in the menu and absolutely love their food! Excellent service and good prices for the quality of food you are getting
Everything was delicious! The ribs were perfectly cooked super tender. The Mac and cheese was really tasty. The potatoes were made fresh. And the pull pork also delicious. Will definitely be coming here soon. It's great to have a good alternative to BBQ in the metro area.
