Condal - San Juan

Although the restaurant is very scenic and the paellas were cooked well, the service was terrible and unfriendly. We felt uncomfortable with a few of the staff as soon as we walked through the front doors. We weren't greeted by a host, and when we did finally find a staff member, they were slightly rude to us and didn't treat us with quality customer service. The food was good, but the service lacked the kind of courtesy that restaurants normally provide to paying customers. We won't be returning.

It was lovely but over priced. I work in the industry. It’s unarguably over priced. I will be returning for drinks only.

While the management changed, the quality and service have not.. Excellent as ever. Condado is not as exclusive as it once was, plagued with less than elegant tourists. Visiting Condal reminds you of what Condado used to be; elegant, good service, good food, elegant people.

Poorly understaffed and the paella options were extremely limited . Waitress was nice but very overwhelmed .

Food is extremely overpriced. A glass of wine 10 dollars and it's almost nothing of wine. Don't waste your time unless you want to pay a lot of money.
