The plates were small and felt like an incomplete entree. A dish in my party could not eat the chicken because it was hot outside and frozen inside, and another person's plate was too salty. Not what we expected and certainly not for the price. The waitress was great though. View all feedback.
Welcoming and friendly. Valet parking is free. Polite and bilingual. Food awesome, waitresses, knowledgeable and pretty.
Their Crazy shrimp tacos. I was always curious about Escargot so, ordered it. It was sautéed in a creamy buttery sause, escargot tastes like mushrooms. Absolutely a delight. Unknown to my girlfriend what she was eating she stated they were delicious.
We have a great time! Food was good, the temp was not as hot but, my family likes scorching hot food, our waiter was awesome ! Thank you Edwin. there's room for improvement but overall a great experience I will be back for shrimp tacos and chillo.
My first time. I have not been in Puerto Rico for more than 3 years so I have heard wonders. The plantain soup is awesome. I ordered ceviche tacos... Mehhh! My friend ordered fish tacos. They were served cold and had ro be taken twice back to the kitchen. It seems that the fish nuggets were refried and lastly they made them fresh. This is a concern on food safety standards, much more when it comes to seafood. Restaurant hygiene is fatal. There was a dirty mop at the entrance with a strong smell of lavender detergent laying next to the fresh red snapper of the day fish open fridge. I went around 5:30 pm. Women's restroom has a foul odor of pee. You can tell is not cleaned per industry standards. Service is substandard as well. Waiters are unattentive and have no sense of ettiquette. They do not cater to make their customers welcome. In other words... they do what needs to get done and that's it. You will get better service at any casual dining franchise restaurant. My ceviche tacos gave me a headache, did mot set well and to run to the pharmacy to get some Advil. My experience today at Cayo Caribe is the best example on how to run a restaurant operation below industry standards and with no sense of excellence. I was expecting something different since the location is in a business district. I hope that they make changes, for their own good.
Excelente atención y servicio, especialmente por parte de Rey. Un joven amable, educado, atento y servicial, entre otras cualidades. Los aperitivos y la comida eran exquisitos. Fue una experiencia espectacular, ¡se los recomiendo!
