Togo's Sandwiches - San Jose

This location was excellent. The interior was very clean, and the staff member was polite and attentive, ensuring our order was perfect.

I had been craving a Togo's sandwich for a few weeks, so I finally decided to stop by on my way home from church. I had a brief wait in line before being warmly greeted by the person preparing my food (I guess I could call her a "preparess" since she was female). After confirming that the wrap I wanted to order for my grandma—who absolutely cannot handle spicy food—was mild, I placed my order for the wrap and a sandwich for myself. The service was both quick and friendly, and I look forward to returning to try some of their salads, which sounded delicious. My sandwich craving was definitely satisfied! One thing I really appreciated was the kindness of the person preparing my food. I told her not to mind me watching her roll the wrap because I wanted to learn from a professional. Every time I try to roll wraps at home, they never turn out quite right. She graciously rolled it in front of me as a sort of tutorial, which I thought was really sweet of her.

I had not visited this location before, but I was impressed. The staff were friendly and attentive, and my sandwich was both delicious and made exactly to my specifications. I will definitely be returning!

I've been here before, actually a few times the last couple weeks so don't want to give it low stars and I absolutely love TOGO's but..... yesterday after getting a sandwich and taking it home,.... after eating half of it I took out the second half and took a couple bites out of it and had something in my mouth and pulled out a black hair from the guy that made it which grossed me out and I had to throw it away. Now I'm hesitant to want to go there again. So nasty,....blah!

A little bit pricey but better quality than subway. Always a good sandwich
