The Old Wagon Saloon Grill - San Jose

I had the Un-burger at the restaurant, and it was delicious. I wished there was pepper jack cheese on it though! I also tried two drinks - The Duke, which was the perfect mix, and The Creeper, which was on the sweeter side and lacked a noticeable alcohol taste, but still good.

At first, I thought this restaurant was just average, but I was pleasantly surprised. The friendly staff turned my opinion around. We had a great conversation and I ordered the nachos with shaved tri-tip beef. I have never seen a Moscow mule served like that before. It wasn't the best I've had, but it wasn't bad either. It is what it is!

We had a wonderful experience at this restaurant. We ordered a variety of appetizers and drinks (Nachos with Brisket, Calamari with fried green beans, and Potato Boats). My favorite was the Potato Boats because they were cooked perfectly - not soggy or dry. There was plenty of meat and garnish, and the cheese was not overpowering so you could still taste the potato. Our waitress was very attentive, even though she was busy with other customers. We will definitely be returning to try more items on the menu.

The food was average and a bit pricey for what it was, but that could be expected given its location in the bustling market area. The service was adequate, though it could have been a bit more attentive. Overall, it's a decent spot for a night out with friends, but I wouldn't consider it the top choice in the area. Great place along the many restaurants in the san pedro street. clean facility, friendly staff and fast service. chicken strips were fantastic, well boiled and in clean oil. Salad was also a great side.
