This was my first time ordering online from this restaurant and picking up my order. I got chicken, Mediterranean chickpeas, saffron rice, garlic yogurt as a side, and a spicy cilantro side. I also ordered baklava for dessert. Unfortunately, when I got home and was ready to eat, the baklava was missing. It cost $3.75. I tried calling the restaurant but there was no answer, so I left a message. View all feedback.
What User doesn't like about The Kebab Shop:
The restaurant has a beautiful decor and the sauces are delicious, but I was disappointed that they used pre-cooked meat that had been sitting for a day. The chicken was overcooked and the gyro meat was dry and not freshly shaved. I prefer to stick with other popular Greek restaurants in the area and I will not be returning to this place. I visited many paintings, especially the San Jose socket. I loved the juicy chicken kebab salad with dressings. The fries and yogurt were also delicious. I was satisfied with their service, cleanliness, and quality. I will definitely be back soon!
My family and I have been a loyal customer for years. we always order the child meal at the weekend, as my child loves her lamb and bark meat. when I ordered the children this afternoon, the cashier told me that my child must be present. I was a little surprised when I was never asked to be with me when I ordered. I then asked the cassian I never asked every time to explain and when they started implementing policy. the cassian said they had to always ask.? interesting. I was never asked what completely contradicts what the cash said. then he said rudely if I would like to speak to the manager. I refused because it has no sense to talk to the manager. All he'll say is politics. I then went back to my car and got my child only to order the child's meal. after this incident, I am not sure whether I will apply this place. rude customer service, and questionable and unconsistent store policy. I also wanted to maintain this location for the annual engineering conference of my company. looks like I'm looking elsewhere.
Do not order online for pick up. Online orders are de-prioritized and in-store orders are bumped ahead of you. I placed an online order 30mins in advance, arrived at the designated time, then was told my order would be up soon. After waiting 20+mins and watching multiple walk-in customers order, wait, then receive their order before me, I asked for a refund. I was told that even though I was physically in the store, the fastest way for me to get food would be to cancel my online order, place an in-store order, then wait at the back of that line. Needless to say, I left and won’t return.
We come here often on Saturdays and the staff is always very friendly and the food is great. The two gentlemen running this location on Saturday June 25th were fantastic. They took great care of us and paid lovely attention to my son- even offered him a coloring page and crayons. Nice job gets. We'll be back
Chicken is dry and bitter from the grill. Rice has no flavor. For 23$ , no thank you..
