Placed an order online. Upon arrival, no one was at reception to greet or tend to me for 5 minutes. The bartender came to me to tell me to stop standing around and sit by the door. After another 5 minutes, a waiter finally came to me. Turns out he was lounging around with a customer the whole time. He asked me for my name, looks at his computer and says Oh, that order hasn 't been started. It 'll be another 19 minute... View all feedback.
Excellent service! Everyone was super nice and super helpful! In any case will come again! Also yell at Arriosh and the young lady who checked us!
Husband picked this spot and was so good! Got there right at 6 and they offered the happy hour price of calamari to us. Was really good and seasoned well. Hubby ordered rack of lamb with lobster bisque and I ordered ribeye with fries. Both cooked well. Steak was seasoned just the way I like it and a perfect medium rare to rare like requested. Never tried lobster bisque and it was oh so good!! Bottle of Malbec for $52- not too bad! Love me a great Malbec and ribeye and this hit the spot! Will definitely come back. Yumm
The Grill review This is a great alternative to Flemings. You’ll love it here if they are fully staffed. The food is really good and the ambiance is great. You can also sit outdoors for a sunny meal with a breeze. This is an anniversary dinner type of place. It’s a place where you have an important meeting. Lots of lawyers hang out here. The prices are such to attract a certain crowd. If you’re looking for exclusivity, it’s your place. Drinks are very strong. Highly recommend the old fashioned Bread is hard and butter is not softened. Ordered lobster bisque but not much lobster in it, not even one small tail of lobster. It is very tasty and rich. It’s delicious. Crab cake looks awful but tastes amazing. Very poor and lazy plating. No pride was taken in the presentation. Pinot Grigio tastes delicious. Parking little to none Time to be acknowledged immediately Time to be seated 5 min , very understaffed One group of four gentlemen sat down and then actually left before even getting service because there’s only the bartender helping out everyone in the bar area. Currently 7 customers. They would have made 11. Missed opportunity. 145p arrival on a Monday The host got there at 1:51pm Time to take my order 10 min later Time to get water 10 minutes Time to get drink 13 minutes Time to get appetizer 2:06pm Time to get bread and crab cake 2:08 I will return here but only for a special occasion.
Hands down best service, best staff and quality food! Seared diver scallops and ribeye were on point!! Not to mention the drinks! (Old fashioned and Moscow Mule! will be coming back for Happy Hr!
Wonderful experience with a wonderful staff. the food was amazing and never felt rushed. they were great about the birthday in my group and were super accommodating with a gluten free allergy.
