They deserve credit for being open late on a weekday and for being one of the few bars in the area. However, aside from that, there's nothing particularly sophisticated about this place.
As of October 1, 2023, Evergreen Inn is closed. However, the Elegant Pub is open and available for private parties.
The bar's business has significantly declined since the Evergreen Inn next door closed, but they still offer a small selection of appetizers. The loyal customers are crucial, and they also need new patrons, or I fear this place could face the same fate. Please make a visit, as it has always been a great spot to hang out, and the neighborhood vibe remains unchanged. Let’s not let it disappear.
