The Brit Sports Pub Patio - San Jose

The food was good, and the atmosphere during the Champions League final was a lot of fun! However, our bartender was quite rude to us. We understood it was a tough shift with a large crowd and only two bartenders, but it was hard to overlook how friendly and cheerful she was with other customers who didn’t resemble us. She refused to take our food order, delayed our drink requests, and even cleared our drinks before we had finished them. In contrast, she was prompt, quick, and generous with others.

I can tell that this is a fantastic pub, and it perfectly suits my tastes. I was pleasantly surprised by the quality of both the food and drinks. I ordered the English breakfast, and it was definitely one of the best I’ve had in the United States. The Bloody Mary was also exceptional. They're working on creating a lively brunch atmosphere, so I highly recommend stopping by if you're looking for a fun Sunday party!

The Britt is definitely a must-visit when you're in downtown San Jose! The staff, the food, and the atmosphere were all absolutely outstanding. You won't be let down. I can't wait to return!

Soggy fish chips with a small amount of fries. Fish had bones in it to sort through. Asked for utensils and water twice and the waiter brought neither. Need to have at least good service or good food!

Terrible service! Everything was order through your phone… no option to add any requests as service provider never stopped by. Finally we got salt/pepper and utensils after food arrived, but still waited almost 10min… then was told they are out of tarter sauce, for the fish/chips… if we had a service-rep take the order they could have told us about no tarter sauce… burger was burnt… but very pink in the middle. Fries were “soggy” Nobody ever stopped by for any follow up… because guess what? … order through your phone! …and when you pay the bill (through phone) they have the audacity to ask for a tip! Well, here’s a tip… try “some level” of customer service!
