Tacomania - San Jose

I can tell you with the lady who works at the front and takes orders I have never met anybody so very rude and disrespectful. I felt the need to write this review to let others know and be warned about this individual we ordered service tacos from them we had it delivered we told her that our order was messed up wasn't what we ordered we were exhausted and wanted to eat in. As we called her to let her know that the order was messed up she then hung up the phone on us and then I called her back and asked to speak with her manager and as she argued with us about the order my partner went down there and asked her Kiely can we please get what we paid for and who is her manager as a few times I had tried to contact them she refused to talk and said she didn't know English but she was just talking English to me a few minutes before all of this. She says there is no one that I could talk to you and hung up the phone on me they are very rude and does not like to accommodate anybody when they mess up their orders and I have been reading the reviews and people are right what they're saying. This person should be fired and not be working. We are still going to be looking into connecting with an owner at the other locations to find out what we can do because this was horrible.

My husband and I haven't had been here in awhile the food is ok but the service is ridiculously rude! The lady at the register rather be on her phone than helping people. We walked in to order there was one couple and one single man waiting for there to go order a family of 4 comes in and orders to eat in, well they got there food before all of us! We then asked her what happened to our food? She said they called in there order which is a lie because we sat there and watched them order. I don't recommend this place.

Went for BOGO tacos al pastor on Wednesday. Pretty underwhelming street tacos. Meat not as flavorful as you’d expect.

This business has changed a lot in the last year. Prices went up ? and quality went down ?They add more onions and cut down the meat ?. Their salsa bar is gone. If you like grilled onions at meat prices, this the place. Last time I visit them.

It needs a lot to make a bad burrito , Tacomania did it. It has an ok flavor, but all items not spread evenly in the tortilla, all items in a single spot.
