As for the service, there are always the same friendly Mexican ladies working, and they do a great job. While I'm not sure if I’ve seen them wash their hands, they do put on new gloves each time they serve me, which is reassuring. They are quite quick at making sandwiches. The owner makes occasional appearances and helps out from time to time.
