Sino - San Jose

In the subsequent weeks, I have repeatedly called Sino to follow up, only to be met with empty promises about processing my refund. Recently, I was informed that the manager would get back to me. However, after providing my details, I’ve either been ignored or told the manager was too busy to talk. After years of patronizing Sino, I’m now uncertain if I will return, as I’ve been treated poorly by staff who clearly lack respect for their customers. If you decide to eat here, be sure to double-check your charges and don’t trust what they say about Jordan handling it—it's not reliable.

I absolutely love this place! The atmosphere is fantastic. I brought my daughter here, and she loved it! We will definitely be coming back.

Trendy. nice for the weekend. eating was good, but nothing spectacular. the prices were high for average food. restaurant has some romantic seating areas, but many areas have been cut off and closed. backround music and style of music was too loud for afternoon dinner. the female server was somewhat rude.

The bar has a lively atmosphere, attracting a sophisticated crowd rather than just the typical 21-year-olds looking to drink excessively. The drinks are on the pricier side, but well worth it. You can choose from indoor or outdoor seating options. The fusion dinner menu is impressive, and there’s a designated area for a more traditional lunch and dinner setup. Dress nicely and enjoy your evening!

Really yummy interesting Asian fusion food. Loved most of the appetizers, main courses were half hit, half miss. Desert was solid LOVED the lava cake. Great: Chicken lollipops, egg rolls, seafood risotto, pear salad. Bad: Crab fried rice, Mongolian beef. Wait staff was ok. Host staff not the friendliest, and we got our table 15 minutes late even though we had a reservation.
