What John doesn't like about Pho Hoa Noodle Soup:
Nothing spectacular to say about this place. Pho Hoa serves cheap, fast Vietnamese noodles – it’s probably the closest you can get to a Vietnamese fast food joint. Tried the banh mi, short ribs, spring rolls and bubble tea. It was all really tasty minus the little Boba balls in my drink. (Not a fan of the texture) Hood customer service and clean restaurant. View all feedback.
