Pho 21 - Feedback

What Arturo Pelayo likes about Pho 21:
I'm huge on service and this place never disappoints. They greet you as soon as you enter the door. They have an online and kiosk option to put your name on their dine in list for those who prefer minimum contact. The staff is the right amount of attentive but even have a call button at every table just in case. Food is excellent and at a good price point. Last week, my son and I went there, and I was frustrated when the host/server seated other customers before us. I even showed her my text to prove I was next in line, but she moved slowly while cleaning tables. I eventually had to ask for the manager.
